I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was very well located to the Crown area, making it easy to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they went above and beyond in customer service, coming in early at 6 am to open up so we could drop off our luggage. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a balcony. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the staff ensured that the room was clean and luxurious, providing free toiletries, a washing machine, a kitchen. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort and relaxation of the room.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
